“Additional Provisions: Scott Schorer and Jeff Keicher (signatures below) are the two sole directors serving on the Association’s board of directors. They were elected by the homeowners at an annual meeting of members. Unless otherwise indicated in writing, Scott Schorer will be authorized to direct all decision made by the board regarding the scope of this firm’s work.”
