- Mike Wallace wrote it and forged Kate Anderson’s name to it without her permission;
- Mike Wallace chaired the so-called “Finance Committee” when he wrote this; and
- Ted Bertele and Lone Pine Real Estate were more than $50,000 in arears on Lots 1–3 when Mike Wallace wrote this:
“In order to be a valid voting member, your quarterly common assessment fee payments must be current.”
