Ted Bertele misrepresented the truth with this line:
“Contrary to statements made, the BOD will meet its obligations to provide documents as requested in the timelines dictated in the relevant CCIOA statutes.”
By June 14, 2021, Ted Bertele and Lee Mayberry had completely ignored requests for documents in the following two letters from Lee Freedman:
- Letter to Miller Re Recusal and Board Wrongdoing (May 4, 2021)
- Records Request Pursuant to C.R.S. § 38-33.3-317 and the Association’s Inspection and Copying of Records Policy (May 27, 2021)
